Job Description:
B1.3 Licensed Engineer
We are seeking a B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join our Line Engineering Team in Aberdeen. Reporting to the Chief Engineer and under the day-to-day supervision of the Shift Supervisor, the position holder will be required to perform line maintenance on various Company aircraft types.
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Perform / certify / aircraft maintenance – Scheduled Maintenance Inspections, MODS and rectification;
2. Maintaining acceptable airworthiness and maintenance standards;
3. Issue such certifications within the scope of authorisation;
4. Reporting on incidents or lapse in quality involving a/c staff, material, plant, tools, equipment, premises or facilities.
Person Specification: (minimum education requirements, key skills, and experience)
Qualifications:
5. CAA B1.3 Licence (consideration may be given to candidates holding A License).
Experience:
6. Relevant experience and time on helicopters, time on the AW189 / S92 is preferred but not essential.
