As a technology agnostic solutions partner, we are turning the potential of automation technology into impactful solutions in Policing, Central Government, Retail, Healthcare, and Financial Services. Our pedigree in hyper-automation provides a competitive edge when we deploy solutions developed on Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath and Blue Prism.
Robiquity is a straight-talking business built on experience and results. The growth we have realised across our client portfolio and vertical sectors is attributable to the work ethic of our team, our commitment to partnership and our shared values.
Your Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience to join us as a Business Analyst in the Analysis & Design practice.
Analysis & Design is Robiquity’s fastest growing practice, at the front of all our engagements with responsibility for making sure we solve the right problems, in the right order.
Operating at the Consultant or Senior Consultant level, you will be at the heart of our project teams, producing high quality outputs, delivering innovative solutions, and driving great outcomes for our clients. Outputs you will be helping create include; opportunity assessments, supporting business cases, discovery backlogs, prioritised requirements, illustrative wireframes / prototypes, and maps of processes, user journeys, and product lifecycles.
To enable this, you will have prior experience in either Technology Consulting or Business Analysis. Additional experience or interest in related fields (such as User Research, Service Design, UX / UI Design, Management Consulting, Change Management, Organisation Design, or Business Strategy) is advantageous.
What separates Senior Consultants from Consultants is the degree to which they can work with minimal supervision. This isn’t just about the quality of their research, critical thinking, and outputs, but also about their proactivity, resourcefulness, time management, stakeholder management, relationship building and communication skills.
Regardless of your individual skillset, you’re a tech-aware consultant who is hungry to learn and excited to get stuck in as a key member of your multidisciplinary project teams, contributing to the growth of a fast-growing practice and business.
