Eventis technology to support and enhance the journey to 100% skin health. ​ ​ Role Overview As a n Account Manager, you will be responsible for re-engaging inactive and low-spend salon/spa and clinic accounts, driving revenue growth and increasing product penetration across our full brand portfolio. You’ll work collaboratively within a business unit, leveraging data insights, promotional campaigns, and education opportunities to unlock account potential and maximise performance. ​ This is a proactive, phone-based sales role ideal for someone passionate about beauty and skincare, with a proven ability to build relationships and close sales. This is a contract role. We offer hybrid working; 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home ​ Key Responsibilities Account Activation & Growth : Reignite relationships with dormant and low-spend accounts, identifying tailored strategies to increase engagement and spend. Sales Performance : Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and link-selling across the iiaa brand portfolio. Relationship Building : Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with salon professionals via phone, video calls, and digital touchpoints. Collaborative Selling : Partner with Field BDMs, NBCs, and Event Specialists to create joint growth plans and maximise account potential. Campaign Execution : Promote monthly launches, offers, and education events to boost product sell-through and client engagement.
