Description
Fleet Administrator, Bagshot:
* Deal with queries by telephone and email in a fast paced environment
* Maintain up‑to‑date fleet records and databases
* Process vehicle documentation, including MOT, tax, and servicing
* Liaise with external suppliers for repairs, maintenance and hire vehicles
* Monitor fleet compliance and ensure regulatory requirements are met
* Support the scheduling of vehicle checks and inspections
* Handle queries from operational teams regarding fleet status
* Track fuel usage and mileage reports
* Assist with general administrative duties within the fleet team
Profile
Fleet Administrator, Bagshot:
* Previous experience in fast paced administration, ideally within fleet or logistics
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
* Confident using Microsoft Office and fleet management systems
* Good communication skills when dealing with suppliers and internal teams
* Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
* Proactive approach to problem solving
* Comfortable working with compliance and process‑driven tasks
* Availability to start at short notice on a temporary basis
This is an onsite role and it is not close to public transport so you will ideally drive and have access to a car
Job Offer
£12 - £16 per hour dependant upon experience
