We are seeking a proactive and detail orientated Assistant Property Manager/Co-ordinator to support our lettings operations in our office in Bath. The successful candidate will assist in managing a portfolio of residential rental properties, ensuring a high standard of service for both landlords and tenants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in property management within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Main Tasks:

1. To assist the Property Manager in the day to day management of a large residential portfolio.
2. Act as an additional point of contact for tenants and landlords, responding promptly to enquiries and issues.
3. Assist with tenancy applications, referencing, and preparation of tenancy agreements.
4. Assisting with move -in procedures and welcome communications
5. Ensure compliance monitoring making sure properties meet legal and safety standards.
6. Assist with check in reports, check out reports and inventory reports
7. Support arrears management and rent collection when required.
8. Invoice processing – landlord invoices and payment approvals

The ideal candidate will be a professional and approachable individual with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. They will possess robust administrative and IT skills, be numerate, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability. A confident communicator with good time management, they will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable handling a variety of tasks with enthusiasm. Experience in the property industry, particularly within residential sales or lettings, is highly desirable, along with a track record of working effectively in busy administrative settings.
