Pay range: £52,413 – £60,357 (pro rata for part‑time colleagues).

What You’ll Do
* Improve the performance of commissioned supported housing services.
* Work closely with providers to foster innovation and person‑centred delivery.
* Highlight national good practice in the homeless sector and support providers in learning and training.
* Identify opportunities to increase service throughput and enhance customer outcomes.

* Proven administrative experience and strong organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently, using initiative to manage a varied workload.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
