We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a keen and dynamic individual to join the business as Digital Marketing Manager at a s alary of£45,000 per annum. This is a full time permanent role working from our Darlington Business Support center. Some hybrid working may be available however weekly attendance at the Darlington site will be required. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our digital strategy, managing SEO/PPC, web optimisation, social media campaigns, video marketing, content creation, and copy writing to elevate our brand presence and engage our target audiences across various digital platforms. This role demands a high level of expertise across all digital marketing disciplines, including a working knowledge of website management platforms and their construction, and a strong understanding of user experience, data capture, and analytics to drive effective digital strategies. The ideal candidate will hold a keen interest in AI & emerging technologies, and always be eager to learn & apply the latest digital trends to our strategies. Responsibilities: Digital strategy: Develop and execute our digital strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. SEM: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO/PPC best practices to optimise the Anabas website performance and increase organic traffic. Analytics: Utilise Google Analytics 4 to analyse metrics and user engagement data, measure website effectiveness, track marketing activities, create conversion paths and generate comprehensive reports to inform strategy adjustments. Video: Managing video creation, including filming, editing, and producing content for social media, with experience of storytelling through visual media. Social media: Collate and execute engaging campaigns across various platforms to foster engagement and drive conversions. Content creation: Create compelling content across various digital channels, such as topical blog posts, articles, press releases and social media posts. Copywriting: Write captivating copy that resonates with our target audience and reinforces our brand message across all digital touchpoints. Website management: Using WordPress to ensure an optimal user experience and effective data capture mechanisms. Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, or related field. At least 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrated track record of success in Managing comprehensive digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Experience in SEO/PPC, web optimisation, social media campaigns, email marketing, content creation and copywriting. Google Analytics 4 qualification or can adequately demonstrate expertise in analytics and data-driven decision-making. ?Strong copywriter, with meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives across various digital platforms. ?Creative thinker with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
