Field Service Engineer – NCAir
As a Field Service Engineer at NCAir, your mission is to contribute to the company’s profitability by providing professional and efficient service of air compressors and ancillary equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Promptly carry out servicing and maintenance on customer machines.
* Effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment, field and workshop based.
* Carry out PDI and commissioning of new equipment.
* Carry out install of new equipment and pipework.
* Identify required parts to effect repairs.
* Complete job reports correctly and return in a timely manner.
* Plan and organise daily and weekly visit schedules as required.
* Take part in the on‑call rota.
* Maintain test instruments, ensuring they remain in good condition.
* Ad‑hoc tasks as required.
* Punctual and professional in appearance.
* Pass on leads to help generate sales and ad‑hoc.
* Effectively promote the MultiAir UK Compressor company image.
Qualifications
* Experience repairing and servicing at least some of the following equipment: compressors, dryers, N2 systems, pumps.
* Good knowledge of the compressor industry, self‑motivated, able to work individually and as part of a team.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, PC literate & hold a clean driving licence.

This role will be located in Thirsk, covering Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
