Overview
We’re looking for a Head of HR to join our People Team in Flutter Functions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing and coaching across all people matters. The role will drive the delivery of the Flutter Functions People Strategy, as well as the design and delivery of strategic people plans for the designated business area, enabling the business strategy. This includes leading strategic people initiatives such as organisation design and talent management, while leveraging Advisory, Change/Delivery & CoEs to ensure effective delivery across the full scope of services for the assigned business areas. You will partner with the CFO in Flutter Finance as we provide global expertise to ensure Flutter is financially healthy, utilising our Flutter Edge to turbo-charge our capabilities.
Responsibilities
* Act as a strategic partner, advisor and mentor to designated senior leaders on all People matters/requirements.
* Help author, develop and execute a people strategy aligned with the strategic drivers of the business.
* Role-model and champion the people strategy, key people initiatives and the people operating model to drive adoption and advocacy across the organisation.
* Partner with senior leaders to shape culture, leadership capability, talent, DEI, and organisational efficiency to drive improved performance edge.
* Support the talent management strategy for each assigned business area, including the talent review cycle and succession planning.
* Interlock with CoEs and respective People Business Partner team leaders to define specific business area requirements, build global initiatives, and enable effective delivery.
* Input into and own the design and execution of change initiatives, such as strategic workforce planning, organisational design and/or effectiveness initiatives, for each assigned business area.
How You’ll Do It
* Demonstrate significant experience of partnering with and advising senior leaders in a complex, matrix environment across multiple geographies.
* Coach and influence senior leaders and CoEs on decisions/initiatives across the full range of people services.
* Lead organisation design, talent management and strategic workforce planning initiatives/strategies.
* Execute and support employee relations processes.
* Develop and deliver people plans that enable the business and people strategy.
* Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business performance into people initiatives.
* Be a capable change/project leader with strong organizational skills.
* Build and sustain a deep trusted network in a matrix environment and manage multiple senior stakeholders.
