Job Title: Multiskilled Warehouse Operative Location: Unit 14 Quarry Wood Industrial Estate, Mills Road, Aylesford, ME20 7NA Salary: £30,908.32 - £31,158.32 per annum Job Type: Permanent, Full time Are you looking for a varied full-time role with an immediate start? We are looking for a Multiskilled Warehouse Operative to join our dedicated and hard-working Day Warehouse team! Working hours are 06:30 - 16:30 on a rota basis working 5 shifts out of 7. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a salary of £30,908.32 per annum. To be successful for this position you will need to have had previous experience operating fork lift trucks and reach trucks and experience within a warehouse or despatch role. What you will be doing: Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles on a daily basis. Completing preshift checks on all MHE equipment and notifying management of any defects Picking customer orders and replenishment of stock Assessing the quality of produce being sent to customers, to ensure best quality Ensuring the yard is organised and areas easily accessible, whilst maintaining a high level of cleanliness. Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to, within the warehouse and the yard at all times. What skills and experience you will need: You will need to have experience operating a FLT & Reach trucks A current FLT licence would be an advantage, however refresher training ill be provided You will have good communication with an ability to understand and follow instructions You will be a team player but the ability to work independently You will be selfmotivated You will be respecting of safety rules and regulations A little bit about us: Watts Farms is a third-generation family-run farming business, established in 1952.
