What The Job Entails: Answer and direct incoming calls and assist with any queries. Format and type up documents on Microsoft Word. Manage the company inbox and answer any emails quickly and efficiently. Cover the reception area and greet and assist any visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Manage and update the company database. Provide administrative support across different departments.The Ideal Candidate Will: Previous experience in an administrative role.
