Position Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Saxmundham team. You will create a friendly, welcoming, and customer‑focused environment that delivers great results and provides a wonderful place to work.

* Lead the store team, motivating and managing staff to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service.
* Engage with customers, ensuring a consistently high quality customer experience.
* Act quickly to maximise business performance and pursue new ideas to improve results.
* Encourage local community engagement to strengthen the store’s presence.
* Maintain a fun and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
* Retail management experience, preferably as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Manager, or Branch Manager.
* Strong understanding of fast‑paced, sales‑driven environments.
* Demonstrated ability to motivate, manage, and support a team.
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
