Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Chichester

The Role
* Contract: Long Term Full Time, Term Time only
* Start Date: September 2025
What You’ll Need
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent).
* Experience supporting children aged 0–4 years with a strong understanding of child development.
* Confidence in delivering a mix of pre-planned learning and child-led, responsive practice.
* A genuine love of working with young children and supporting learning through play.
* Reliability, adaptability, and commitment to high-quality early years education.
Safeguarding Commitment
All applicants must meet safeguarding requirements, including an Enhanced DBS and reference checks, in line with DfE guidelines.
