Role: MIG Welders and Fabricators
Location: Hatfield
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am to 5pm, with Saturday overtime available
Responsibilities of a MIG Welder and Fabricator:
1. Perform quality checks on fabricated parts
2. Operate workshop machinery such as saws, drills, and weld sets for drilling, cutting, and machining
3. Fabricate and weld materials according to specifications
4. Follow engineering drawings accurately
5. Adhere to health and safety regulations, reporting any issues
Personal qualifications and skills:
* Proficiency in using dedicated welding and fabrication machines
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Experience with soldering
* Previous workshop or fabrication process experience
* Physical capability to perform demanding tasks
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
