Join our team as a Recovery Worker in Liskeard. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated individual who wants to change people's lives. Our team in Liskeard is looking for a Recovery Worker to join them in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group.
Main duties of the job
Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. You'll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery. This is a frontline role where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery.

Job responsibilities
* Support clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions
* Create the best treatment plan for their needs and guide them on their path to recovery
* Provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery
* Manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they're always treated with respect and dignity
Essential Skills
* Compassionate and motivated individual with an exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships
* Demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice, or other specialist setting
* Successful track record of providing efficient and reliable customer service
* Highly organised, excellent communication skills, and able to manage time effectively
Qualifications
* Have attained ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 months
* Have demonstrable experience of working or volunteering in health, social care, criminal justice, or other specialist setting
* Successful track record of working or volunteering with people who have experienced substance misuse issues
* Have a driving license with access to a vehicle
