 
        
        Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and clear communication? My client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their fast-paced team and provide high-quality support via phone and written channels.
What You’ll Do:
 * Respond to customer calls promptly and professionally, following set procedures to meet customer needs.
 * Handle written communications (letters, emails, phone follow-ups) clearly and accurately, aligned with our brand style.
 * Meet productivity and quality targets on a consistent basis.
 * Support ongoing improvements in service and internal processes.
 * Take on additional tasks as required to support team operations.
 * Adhere to all FCA and PRA conduct rules and standards, including those under Consumer Duty.
 * View FCA Conduct Rules
 * View PRA Conduct Standards
 * Report any matters that are reasonably expected to be brought to the attention of the regulator(s).
What We’re Looking For:
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills
 * A customer-first mindset with a keen eye for detail
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and timely manner
 * Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role
 * Familiarity with regulatory environments (FCA/PRA) is desirable but not essential
