Job Title: Machine Operator with Counterbalance licence
Location: Kettering
Hourly Rate: £13.46 per hour
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00 and Friday: 07:00 – 13:00
Contract: Temp ongoing
About the Role
We are looking for a candidate to join our client’s busy production team in Kettering on an ongoing temporary basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a production environment although specific experience is not required as training will be given on the use of the machines / guillotines.
You’ll be responsible for some elements of machine setup, programming, and ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy are maintained throughout the production process.
There will be an element of work in the warehouse / production areas that will require you have a counterbalance licence (will accept expired licence)

Proven experience within a production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Counterbalance Licence
