Salary: £55,000 - £70,000
Location: Doncaster, Yorkshire (Will require travel and occasional overnight stays)
Hours: Full Time, Permanent 08.00 – 17.00 | Flexibility required across working hours and days

A rapidly growing national environmental services organisation is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead, develop, and drive its civils operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a diverse civils programme of works across the UK. Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver civil projects within the commercial, construction and water treatment industries across the UK
* Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring defined scopes, accurate programmes of work, and full QSHE compliance
* Scope, estimate, and quote civils works with accuracy and timely turnaround
* Monitor project progress, financial performance, and labour utilisation, taking corrective action where required
* Attend sites to review proposals, RAMS, layouts, and ensure contractual requirements can be met
* Manage all aspects of the colleague lifecycle including recruitment, training, performance, payroll, holidays, and scheduling
* Support senior leadership in driving QSHE compliance and operational excellence
* Manage accident/incident reporting, investigations, and implementation of learnings
* Review and assess RAMS to ensure they remain fit for purpose

Essential Skills & Experience
* IOSH or CITB SMSTS (5‑Day) and valid CSCS card
* 5–10 years’ experience in civils/drainage planning and management within the water or civils sector
* Proven experience as a Civils Construction Manager or Contracts Manager
* Strong technical knowledge of industry standards, specifications, and CDM Regulations
* Experience leading teams, developing talent, and managing performance
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
* Valid UK driving licence
