This is a fantastic opportunity to join the neonatal team based at The Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton
This is a 27 Cot level 3 Surgical NICU, comprising of 3 nurseries, ITU, HDU and Special Care.
You will be expected to work alongside the nursing team to provide excellent care to our families.
There is an expectation that some cross site working at SCBU at Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath will take place to meet the needs of the service.
You should be a qualified Nursery Nurse, or hold an equivalent qualification who is keen to work with families and neonates.
We will offer ongoing training and support for professional development, and have previously supported Nursery Nurse staff to progress on to the nurse associate training pathway.

If you are applying using a Graduate visa as your right to work, you must have a minimum of 18 months remaining on your visa at time of application.
Be responsible for delivering high quality, patient centered, compassionate care under the leadership and direction of a registered nurse (or other registered care professional)
Work within all aspects of the nursing process, providing high quality holistic and person centered care.
Support the registered nurse in the assessment, planning and evaluation of care with focus on promoting health, independence and family integrated care.
Carry out specific clinical and care tasks to a high standard and competency, under the leadership and direction of a registered nurse.
Have the ability to work without direct supervision, at times delivering care independently in line with the plan of care, within the parameters of practice of the NN role.
