* Process and refine monthly expenses and invoices
* Coordinate meetings across global time zones

* 6–12 months of admin or team support experience
* Strong attention to detail and time management

* Contract: Initially 6–18 months, if you impress, there are further opportunities to progress within the company
* Working Pattern: 5 days in the office (Birmingham City Centre)
