Are you organised, reliable and great on the phone? Monza Installs Ltd is looking for a confident Office Administrator.
The role will be to predominately support the office team to ensure that all requirements of the office are met.
* Manage day-to-day office operations
* Answer and direct phone calls professionally
* Coordinate meetings and schedules
* Ensuring all ECO4 documentation is present and has been completed properly and correctly
* Preparing all ECO4 documentation for submission
* Working to specific targets and submission deadlines
* Updating and maintaining information accurately onto various internal systems, databases, spreadsheets, and other organisational tools to facilitate efficient workflow.
* Creating and maintaining client files
* Assisting with project planning and coordination
* General office duties
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have strong phone and communication skills, have a positive and professional attitude to work, effective time management skills, be highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude. Experience of general office administration & working closely with colleagues in other departments. You will have a good understanding of Microsoft packages.
