As a Support Worker, you will work one-to-one with our son, supporting him in his daily routines and personal development. Your role will include: Encouraging hobbies, social activities, and friendships. Supporting daily routines such as getting ready, preparing meals, and maintaining a calm, safe home environment. Helping him relax and feel secure in his space. Promoting independence and new experiences. Providing consistent, therapeutic care and emotional support. Building a trusting, respectful relationship.
