Could you be our next Graduate within our Property Management team?
In this role you will assist in a range of property management and professional services across the Council's property portfolio. You will work as part of the Property Management Unit who is responsible for letting and management of commercial property, disposals and acquisitions as well as providing strategic advice to the Council.
What we are looking for…
The ideal person for this role will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to making a positive impact in their work. You will have an HND or above in Real Estate; or working towards RICS Professional qualification or other compliant relevant qualification.

This role offers hybrid working, allowing employees to work both from home and in Council locations, to support business needs. This post is temporary until August 2028 to cover a temporary project.
