The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and processing payroll records, assisting with financial reporting & analysis, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day tasks. Key responsibilities: Payroll journal postings Receive payroll reports and collate data. Calculate and post monthly bonus & holiday accruals Reconcile payroll reports to the General Ledger Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis Respond to financial/payroll queries from other departments within the company Support of audit process - analysis and query resolution Perform other duties as assigned by the finance manager Criteria: Bachelor's degree or alternative experience in accounting, finance, or related field 2 years of experience in a similar role Strong numerical skills with good attention to detail; can provide accurate work A willingness to resolve issues Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Ability to work efficiently and prioritise your workloads in a fast-paced environment, delivering a high level of accuracy and attention to detail within tight timeframes Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships A proven ability of strong team skills, including taking direction from others, is crucial Location: This role can be based in either Newry or Belfast Working for FD Technologies: At FD technologies, you will embark upon a career with life-long learning at its core, facilitating rapid professional and personal development and the opportunity to design your own path.
