The Opportunity A new and exciting position has become available for an ecperienced Duty Manager to join the team at the Portrush Atlantic Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day to day delivery of the overall operation within the Hotel. The successful candidate will; Support the team in delivering successful operations, achieving the hotel objectives, and improving profitability. Oversee delivery of efficient, consistent, and professional guest experiences in all departments of the hotel. Address and resolve escalated guest enquiries and concerns. Contribute to initiatives to develop business, improve team skills and guest satisfaction. Confer and cooperate with the team to coordinate smooth operation of the overall hotel activities and team members. Handle cash and end of day checking. Inspect hotel for security, cleanliness, and appearance. Oversee and enforce the overall health and safety procedures of the premises. Ensure team members are offering an exceptional guest service at all times, ensuring corrective action taken as required. Devise and assist with rotas and management of payroll as required. Work interdepartmentally across all areas of the hotel as necessary, ensuring the guest receives exceptional service. Assist with any other duties as requested from time to time. What we are looking for Minimum of 2 years’ experience at senior supervisor or management level gained within the hospitality industry in at least one of the following areas - Food & Beverage or Front of House operations. Proven success in leading teams to achieve high standards consistently. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Conflict management solution skills.
