Compliance Controller

£26,000 starting salary (increasing to £28,000 after probation)
Monday to Friday – 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Compliance Controller to join our close‑knit team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating work across multiple suppliers, and takes pride in keeping operations compliant and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Service Scheduling: Create and manage service schedules and planners across diverse fleets, ensuring all vehicles meet legal and compliance standards.
Work Coordination: Book, schedule, and plan work with a wide network of suppliers to maintain efficient operations.
Job Management: Chase updates, document progress, and keep internal systems updated with accurate notes.
Quality Assurance: Review inspection and service sheets to ensure vehicles meet compliance requirements before returning to service.
Breakdown Management: Handle breakdowns and defects from start to finish, keeping customers informed throughout.
Workflow Management: Oversee estimate and authorisation workflows via portals, email, and phone.Experience & Skills
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach.
Ability to work well within a team while managing tasks independently.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ownership of workload.
Confident IT skills, particularly within Microsoft Office and Excel.Benefits
