3. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
4. Organise and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.
5. Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.
6. Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
7. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
8. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
9. Support the team with ad hoc tasks as required.
10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Admin should have:
