We're currently recruiting a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to help ensure the smooth running of operations and deliver the best guest experience possible.

This role offers variable shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming guests
* Taking orders and providing recommendations
* Ensuring customer satisfaction
* Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
* Preparing drinks accurately and maintaining quality
* Handling orders from customers and servers
* Delivering food and drinks efficiently
* Managing cash and credit transactions, managing tabs, and record-keeping
* Maintaining a clean and stocked bar area, cleaning glasses, restocking supplies, managing inventory
* Checking IDs for age verification and assisting with other bar duties
* Potentially serving food
Ideal Candidate:
* Excellent interaction and communication skills with customers and colleagues
* Knowledge of various drinks, recipes, and preparation methods
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
* Experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred
* Ability to verify customer age and adhere to food safety regulations
