Senior Accountant Position – Brentwood!
Reed is currently representing a well-established Accountancy Practice based in the Brentwood area, who are looking for an ACA/ACCA/AAT or Qualified by Experience Qualified Senior Accountant, who has got experience managing a portfolio of clients.
Job Role
* Preparation & review of accounts for submission.
* Processing of personal tax returns for review, including information gathering
* Management of business tax matters for seld-employed accounts.
* Build trusted relationships with clients & organisation, including HMRC.
* Advise on work throughout the year, providing a commercial mindset to planning.
* Support colleagues with ad hoc duties as required.
* Review the work of other team members, providing construction & supportive feedback.
Job Requirements
* ACCA/ACA/AAT or Qualified by Experience
* Must have at least 5-6 years of experience within an Accountancy Practice
* Experience using Xero, QuickBooks & Sage
* Previously assisted junior members of staff
