The Business Acceptance Analyst Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in client onboarding—ideally within the legal sector, although we welcome candidates from other regulated professional services.
As a key member of our Business Acceptance team, you’ll be responsible for:
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of client inception processes
* Conducting thorough client research and performing all Client Due Diligence (CDD) checks in compliance with Money Laundering Regulations
* Advising partners and fee earners on CDD requirements and risk-related issues
* Assessing the risk profiles of new and existing clients, escalating concerns where appropriate
* Supporting broader Business Acceptance and onboarding activities as needed
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring experience in a regulated environment—ideally legal—and a strong working knowledge of the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 (as amended), along with familiarity with the SRA’s compliance and risk rules.
