Salary - National (Edinburgh and Leeds) ranging from £52,400 to £61,800 and London £57,700 to £68,000 per annum (Salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

The team
The Modern Workplace Team is a Lean-Agile function responsible for defining, prioritising and implementing key features and enhancements to our M365 services, ensuring we always remain aligned with out Records and Information Management Policies (Strategy 25). The Team works closely with Technology and Architecture to lead the implementation of FCA Digital Workplace Strategy, providing tools for effective collaboration and performance. The team engages with teams right across the organisation to ensure business requirements are captured, consistent policy adherence, supporting training needs and delivering the best possible user experiences.
What will you be doing?
* Support colleagues in using SharePoint and Teams Channels.
* Conduct product and user research, analyse market trends and recommend feature enhancements
* Collaborate with over 5500 internal customers to understand needs and translate them into EPICS, features and user stories for the Team’s Backlog
* Lead end user training and drop-in sessions to ensure full support for customers
* Work with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous value within an Agile framework
* Drive business change by presenting new features at forums across the organisation

Minimum
* Experience working with internal end users, providing guidance, product change campaigns and communicating new features with business value
* Significant experience as a Product Analyst in an Agile environment and familiar with Agile ceremonies
* Prior experience supporting M365 services, particularly SharePoint and MS Teams across an organisation
Essential
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
* Highly organised and structured approach to managing activities and deliverables
* Significant experience using and supporting M365 tools like SharePoint, MS Teams, and Power Tooling
* Experience working within organizations that adhere to strict standards, controls and policies
* Ability to analyse data using various qualitative and quantitative sources and techniques
* Skilled in identifying root causes and key issues
