A global leader in non-volatile memory is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Northern Europe. With a strong technical foundation and a proven commercial track record, you’ll manage direct accounts and channel partners, unlocking new opportunities in automotive, industrial, and consumer sectors.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
* Owning revenue growth across UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Baltics
* Managing reps and distributors: training, motivating, and setting business plans
* Developing new business while supporting existing accounts
* Collaborating with engineering and marketing teams to align customer needs
* Traveling across Europe and occasionally to global HQ
🧠 What You Bring
* 10+ years in semiconductor sales, ideally with memory or embedded solutions
* Strong understanding of electronic design cycles and where memory fits
* Experience selling to Tier 1 automotive or industrial customers
* Fluent English and excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Technical qualification in electronics or electrical engineering (preferred)
