As Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, viral moments, and trends, as well as assisting artist managers with digital and social media rollout plans related to tracks, gigs, and artist promotion.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Building flexible content calendars aligned with the artist's vibe and schedule.
2. Collaborating with artist managers, videographers, BTS teams, and artists to produce content from studio sessions to headline shows.
3. Deciding optimal times to release Reels, TikToks, or memes, and ensuring they are impactful.
4. Engaging with fans through comments, DMs, and surprise drops to maintain hype.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have experience managing social media for an artist, label, brand, or creator.
2. Be proficient with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and understand what content performs well.
3. Be creative with fresh content ideas and ready to implement them.
4. Possess basic shooting/editing skills using iPhone or light gear.
