Responsibilities
This role is to provide a comprehensive portering service across Weston General Hospital, including transferring patients and visitors between wards and departments, moving and managing waste, maintaining confidentiality, attending trust training, and responding to emergency bleeps such as cardiac arrest, fire, and major trauma. Additional duties may be assigned as required.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday with a two‑week rota: Week 1 – 8 am to 4 pm; Week 2 – 12 pm to 8 pm.
