We are currently seeking confident, motivated and service-driven individuals to join our teams as Restaurant Supervisor at The Falmouth Hotel.
Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and professional service.
* Lead and motivate the team during service, setting the standard through example.
* Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness and guest care.
* Handle guest enquiries, feedback and service recovery confidently and professionally.
* Support the training and development of team members to promote consistency and quality.
* Work closely with kitchen teams to ensure effective communication and seamless service.
* Assist with stock control, ordering and cash handling procedures where required.
* Support private dining and event service when needed.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional, positive manner.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy environment.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
* A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
