Job Overview: Web App Firewall / VMware AVI Consultant is required to work in an associate role for our banking client. The role is hybrid with occasional travel to London and Sheffield.We require a consultant who has WAF (Web Application Firewall) experience. VMWare AVI is a nice thing to have, and experience with another similar technology like F5.The consultant will assist with tuning and move-to-block activities of the load balancer environment forplex applications with high-volume feature packs.
1. Location: Role is hybrid with occasional travel to London and Sheffield
2. Daily Rate: Flexible daily rate (Inside IR35)
3. Contract Length: Until 10th Apr 2026
4. Start Date: ASAP
Key Requirements :
Technical Expertise:
5. Proven experience with Web Application Firewalls (WAF), including tuning and move-to-block activities.
6. Hands-on experience with VMware AVI or similar technologies such as F5, Imperva, or AWS WAF.
Security Knowledge:
7. Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and web application security principles.
