We are looking for an Enterprise Partner Development Director to join nShift, the leading global provider of cloud delivery management solutions. With headquarters in London and Oslo and over 500 employees across North America, Europe, and the Netherlands, nShift enables the frictionless shipment and return of nearly one billion shipments worldwide each year.
In this role you will build, lead, and operationalize a highly selective strategic partner ecosystem focused exclusively on enterprise new logo acquisition across the UK, Western Europe, and Global Strategic Accounts. You will drive influence‑based selling through top‑tier advisory consultancies and WMS/OMS/ERP technology vendors, ensuring nShift is inserted early into digital transformation programmes, fulfillment redesigns, and enterprise architecture decisions ahead of formal RFP processes.

* Establish and grow strategic relationships with a targeted portfolio of global advisory firms and supply‑chain consulting partners, including Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, Capgemini, BearingPoint, McKinsey.
* Build strong alliances with WMS/OMS/ERP vendors and integrators such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM/S4, Oracle, Shopify Plus, Fluent Commerce and related partners.
* Ensure nShift is embedded within enterprise technology stacks, partner roadmaps, and transformation methodologies.
* Create co‑sell alignment between the partner ecosystem and nShift enterprise sales teams.
* Maintain an exclusive focus on enterprise, with no involvement in mid‑market partner or reseller programmes.
Operational Excellence
* Develop a partner influence matrix across nShift’s top 200 enterprise target accounts.
* Become the central intelligence source supporting enterprise account penetration and early‑stage opportunity discovery.
* Run a structured partner door‑opener programme providing warm introductions to senior enterprise stakeholders within supply chain, digital transformation, operations, and e‑commerce.
* Facilitate early‑stage validation sessions prior to RFP or vendor evaluations.
* Lead a monthly Partner Council, exchanging market intelligence, aligning GTM messaging, and reviewing early‑stage opportunities with top partners.
Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
* Partner closely with enterprise sales, product marketing, and solution consulting teams to activate joint go‑to‑market motions.
* Share insights from partners on enterprise architecture trends, transformation programmes, and emerging technology shifts.
* Develop and deliver narratives, case studies, and value positioning tailored to strategic partners.
Strategic Contribution
* Build a scalable ecosystem operating model that delivers a consistent partner‑influenced pipeline.
* Translate company goals into actionable partner strategies that accelerate account prioritisation, partner selection, resource allocation, and long‑term partner strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrable success in building enterprise partner ecosystems, alliances, or SI/WMS/ERP partnerships.
* Deep experience influencing enterprise‑scale transformation programmes.
* Strong network and relationships across advisory firms, supply‑chain consultancies, and enterprise technology vendors.
* Comfortable engaging with C‑level and senior transformation leaders.
* Background in supply chain, e‑commerce, logistics tech, ERP/WMS/OMS, or enterprise SaaS.
* Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influence skills.
* Strong commercial mindset and ability to operate independently in a high‑growth environment.
* Ensure your CV is uploaded in English.
