Stride Recruitment are urgently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer specialist in Commercial Heat Interface Unit's to be based on-site at Darent Valley Hospital, Dartford covering PPM's and Reactive Maintenance, on a Long Term contract on behalf of our client's on-site Facility Management division. - Mechanical Engineer - Darent Valley Hospital, DA2 8DA - Full time –Mon-Friday, 37.5hrs/week basic hours paid per week - Salary: From £22 to £22.55 per hour ongoing with overtime at uplifted rate Core Requirments: As the Mechanical Engineer you will be required to carry out PPM and reactive maintenance breakdowns. Specialising in HIU's but the role will require you to do checks to anything from Water sampling and planned Mechanical maintenance to reactive plant remediations across the hospital alone or working with internal or outsourced colleugues. Main Accountabilities: - To service and maintain building plumbing services and plant equipment in accordance with relevant standards, frequencies, and safe working practices.
