Your new roleIn this variedernance focused position, you’ll support the smooth running of board andmittee activity by coordinating meetings, preparing papers, and providing clear note taking and action tracking. You’ll assist with drafting minutes and written resolutions, maintain accurateernance records, and ensure statutory filings — includingpanies House submissions, are delivered on time and to a high standard.Alongside this, you’ll handle KYC andpliance queries, support the management of Powers of Attorney, and act as a key administrative link between senior leaders, legal teams and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to buildernance expertise while working at the heart of a professional, well structured Secretariat function.
