As a Sales Coordinator based in Cambridge you’ll be responsible for:
1. Serving customers behind the trading counter, being the first point of contact and forming relationships with repeat customers
2. Liaising with suppliers to order stock, managing the stock room and ensuring the shop floor is tidy at all times
3. Supporting the team in other areas of the branch such as the warehouse and yard when needed
4. Answering the phones and managing customer queries
This is a full-time, permanent role working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday between 5pm

5. Customer service experience is essential
6. To be a team player, self-motivated and help out in all areas of the branch where required
7. Confidence and the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers
8. A forklift license is desirable
