Bread Street Kitchen, Bar & Rooftop, located in Stratford Cross is a stunning building in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the restaurant offers a globally-inspired menu of Gordon Ramsay classic dishes across two floors, terrace, rooftop and private dining spaces.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant
* A confident, hands-on leader who thrives on driving excellence in food, service, and guest experience
* Commercially astute with strong P&L knowledge and a track record of hitting margins and targets
* Experienced with events, exclusive hires, and private dining.
* Strong relationship-builder who can connect with local businesses to drive revenue and lead local marketing initiatives
* Clear communicator with exceptional organisational skills and sharp attention to detail
* A true passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Taking ownership of the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional standards at all times
* Acting as the face of the restaurant — inspiring your team, delighting guests, and driving the business
* Leading, coaching, and developing your managers and teams to deliver results and build loyalty & retention
* Partnering with the Head Chef to deliver Bread Street Kitchens iconic menus and commercials
* Maximising profitability
* Delivering amazing events, private dining, and exclusive hires
* Building strong local partnerships and delivering impactful community marketing initiatives
* Spotting and seizing new business opportunities that deliver long-term success
