Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker – Romford – CeMAP 1 – High Earnings – Full Training

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is proud to be supporting a national mortgage brokerage in the appointment of a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker based in Romford.

Role Overview

Based in the Romford (Harold Wood) office, you will be trained to deliver mortgage and protection advice to clients and progress into a fully competent advisor role.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Client fact-finding and needs analysis

* Mortgage and protection product research

* Supporting mortgage applications through to completion

* Liaising with lenders, solicitors and estate agents

* Working closely with senior advisors and brokers

Training & Development

* 3-week fully expensed residential training programme

* Daily support from an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager

* Ongoing assistance from the training department who are consistently on hand to support you as a trainee mortgage broker

* Clear progression from CeMAP 1 to Competent Advisor Status

Salary & Package

* Basic salary up to £25,000

* Financial guarantee up to £31,000 (including car allowance)

* Commission 10%–25% on all banked revenue

* OTE £45,000 year one

* OTE £75,000–£90,000+ year two

* Pension scheme, life assurance and bonuses

Candidate Requirements

* CeMAP 1 qualification

* Target-driven sales background

* Excellent communication skills

* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

* Clean credit history
