This is a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor (2-4 PQE) to join a leading Legal 500-ranked firm in Shrewsbury. The role offers a broad general private client caseload, covering wills, LPAs, probate, and estate administration, with no supervisory responsibilities – allowing you to focus purely on fee earning. You'll be joining a friendly, down-to-earth team, working alongside experienced partners and solicitors who are committed to supporting your development. What We’re Looking For 2-4 years’ PQE in private client law (1 PQE considered with prior legal assistant experience). Experience handling a broad private client caseload (specialists looking to broaden their experience are welcome). Warm, personable, and proactive approach – the team is highly collaborative and social. Strong client-facing and communication skills to build rapport with a mix of local and high-net-worth clients. Willingness to work from the Shrewsbury office at least three days per week, with the option of hybrid working after an initial period. Salary & Benefits Salary up to £47,000, with progression opportunities available. Hybrid working – three days in the office, two from home after an initial period.
