Responsibilities:
* Deliver personalised tutoring sessions in core subjects (e.g., English, Maths, Science) to primary students in the specified areas and surrounding villages.
* Design engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each student.
* Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
* Maintain active and effective communication with students, parents, and the Alpha Tutoring team.
Requirements:
* Minimum Qualification: Experience in primary education preferred; teaching qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.
* Commitment to Students: Dedication to fostering independent progress and achieving educational goals with students is essential.
* Full DBS Check: Proof of a current DBS certificate is required.
* Subject Expertise: Solid understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methods.
* Teaching Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire young learners.
* Passion: A genuine passion for teaching and empowering young students.
* Location: Ability to travel within the Abingdon, Wallingford, Wantage, and Didcot areas (and smaller surrounding villages).
* Full Clean Driving Licence Required
