The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial management of earthworks packages from procurement through to final account. Youll work closely with project and site teams to ensure commercial performance and project success.
Key Responsibilities
* Commercial management of earthworks packages from procurement to final account
* Subcontractor management and cost control
* Preparation of valuations, variations, and financial reporting
* Collaboration with project and site teams to drive performance and efficiency
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects
* Strong background in earthworks
* Experience working with Tier 1 contractors
* Solid commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
