The Role...
Soho House is seeking a Senior IT PMS/POS Support Analyst to ensure seamless and stable service across all global locations through proactive support and management of IT systems, focusing on PMS (Property Management System) and POS (Point of Sale).
Main Duties...
* L1 & L2 support and troubleshooting for:
* POS Oracle Simphony 19.7 and above
* Oracle Gift & Loyalty iCare
* PMS Opera Interfaced applications – SynXis, Tiger, Book4Time
* Planet/3C Integrated Pay
* Planet/3C integrations into our in-house “House pay” system
* Proactive support through routine checks and audits
* Ensure incident resolution and escalation within SLA
* Manage POS database and ensure compliance with rules
* Update F&B menus in Oracle EMC as needed
* Undertake ad hoc project work as defined by the Global Head of IT Support
* Support POS/payment project deployments at Soho sites
* Assist with new installations, refurbishments, and openings
* Work with third parties and suppliers as technical liaison
* Use ITSM tools and vendor reports for incident tracking and reporting
* Collaborate within Digital/IT Department for support management
* Work with Project Teams for post-hypercare support
* Escalate complex issues to senior team members or third-party providers
* Assist junior team members with incidents
* Detect, document, and provide workarounds for known issues
* Create training materials and update knowledge base
* Focus on continuous improvement and proactive issue reduction
About You...
* Strong IT support background with L1 & L2 troubleshooting experience
* Expertise in POS, PMS, and payment systems including Oracle Simphony POS (19.7+), Oracle Gift & Loyalty iCare, Oracle Opera PMS, SynXis, Tiger, Book4Time, Planet/3C Integrated Pay, and House Pay system
* Proactive monitoring skills
* Experience resolving or escalating incidents within SLAs
* Database management and compliance expertise
* Experience with IT projects, installations, and site openings
* Vendor liaison skills
* Proficiency with ITSM tools and incident reporting
* Strong collaboration skills across IT teams
* Support experience for project transitions post-hypercare
* Ability to identify and document recurring issues and workarounds
