COMMUNITY CASUAL COACH - INCLUSION ​ Birmingham City Football Club Foundation - Transforming the city through the power of football Join us at an exciting time of growth and transformation as Birmingham City FC continues to make waves on the world stage. The Foundation harnesses the power of football and sport to improve the lives of tens of thousands of people in Birmingham, helping our community grow alongside the football club. The Birmingham City FC Foundation is seeking a Disability Coach to join our team to deliver a range of football and multi-sport sessions to people with disabilities at various locations across Birmingham. We are seeking experienced, passionate and committed individuals to join our team to help & support the development of our disability programme. ​ The role The Disability Coach will lead and assist on our engaging and inclusive disability programmes including football and multi-sports ensuring we have a focus on creating an inclusive, fun and safe environment for all. The Disability Coach will support the planning and delivery of the activities working with the Foundation’s Disability Co-ordinator and Community Programmes Manager. ​ The Team Birmingham City FC Foundation is growing. The Foundation team are passionate about working together to make change happen. As part of the Community team you will support the creation, development and delivery of opportunities for the local community of Birmingham City. ​ The Person As an engaging coach and team player, you will be delivering and supporting football and multi-sports events. You will be an ambassador not only for the Foundation but also for Birmingham City FC with our partner schools and the wider community. The successful candidate will have qualifications appropriate to disability sport and inclusion coaching. They will be able to demonstrate their success of working with young people, and communities, in with SEND or inclusive setting.
