Nestled in the peaceful village of Kings Langley, our home has been supporting older people with warmth and professionalism since 1992. We are a not-for-profit organisation supported by a Board of Trustees. Now, we're looking for a meticulous and personable Finance Administrator to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional care behind the scenes.
About the Role
As our Finance Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial running of the home. You'll work closely with our Home Manager and Trustees, supporting day-to-day financial operations and helping us maintain transparency, accuracy, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments
* Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks accounting software
* Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
* Liaise with external accountants and auditors
* Support payroll processing and pension contributions
* Monitor cash flow and reconcile bank statements
* Assist with the investments of surplus profits back into the home and financial compliance
About You
