Key Details:
* Day Rate: £350-£450 per day (inside IR35)
* Location: Hampshire
* Working Pattern: Primarily remote, with occasional travel to the office for site visits
* Contract: 3-month contract with potential for extension

* Rent reviews and lease renewals
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Wayleaves and easements
* Service charges
* Valuations
