\nWe are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to support a busy department within a well-established firm in the Midlands.

\nAssignment Dates:
\n• 13th May – 29th May
\n• 31st July – 28th August
\n
\nWorking Arrangements:
\n• The firm would prefer someone who can attend the office where possible.
\n• Office attendance is essential on the first day.
\n• Hybrid working is available thereafter (up to 2 days working from home).
\n• Part-time or full-time hours can be accommodated.
\n
\nRole Overview:
\n• Managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload.
\n• Supported by dedicated secretarial assistance.
\n
\n
